Release: Senator Kamlager Designated as Chair of Critical Budget Subcommittee

SACRAMENTO, CA — Today, Senate Pro Tem Toni G. Atkins designated Senator Kamlager as Chair of the Budget Subcommittee #4 on State Administration and General Government. The designation comes as part of announced changes to the Senate’s committee membership assignments and updates to the Senate’s Presiding Officer roster.

The committee membership changes will go before the Senate Rules Committee for adoption next week.


Senate District 30 ranges from Century City to South Los Angeles and takes in Culver City, Cheviot Hills, Crenshaw District, USC, downtown L.A. and a portion of Inglewood.
