Pico Rivera, CA – Senator Bob Archuleta presented Senate Resolution 67 for the third year in a row proclaiming the week of May 1, 2022, as Tardive Dyskinesia Awareness Week, and encouraging everyone in California to become better informed about, and aware of, Tardive Dyskinesia.

Downy and Whittier, CA – This week a new veteran support center opened at the Downey City Library to provide a range of support services to veterans living in Los Angeles County, while the Whittier Post Office hosted a ceremony to rename the Michigan Avenue branch after the late Jose Ramos, who helped establish the Vietnam Veterans Day organization.

WHITTIER, CA – As Women’s History Month comes to a close, Senator Bob Archuleta (D- Pico Rivera) hosted the 2022 Women of Achievement of the 32^nd Senate District on Saturday, March 26, 2022 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Whittier.

This event, which is the first hosted by the senator’s office in more than two years, celebrated the accomplishments of 11 women who have contributed to the well-being of their respective communities within the district.

Pico Rivera – In celebration of International Women’s Day, Senator Bob Archuleta (D-Pico Rivera) recognized Pico Rivera Sheriff’s Station Captain Jodi Hutak as Woman of the Year for Senate District 32 for her long record of public service in Los Angeles County.
